The building was fully refurbished in 2022 and has since become the extension of our already established presence in Bailen street. The building has originally been built in 1910 and retains all the original arquitectural elements and design elements of its time. Whether it be its massive stone walls or the wooden beams on the ceilings of every apartment, the original elements have all been kept intact when possible.
