Located on the outskirts of Novelda, specifically to the west of the municipality, as its name indicates, and can be accessed directly by Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio, from inside the municipality. The park has been clearly influenced by the modernist style that predominates in the streets and buildings of the city. This fact can be clearly seen in the details of the mosaics and trellises that adorn the park. It is also worth noting the presence inside the park of the Hermitage of Pas del Dolors, a religious building dating from the sixteenth century and which further enriches the cultural value of this park.
