As soon as we arrive at this establishment we receive a luminous sign that reads Bar. And, despite its sophisticated cuisine and its undoubted cosmopolitan vocation, the people of La Terreta never seem to lose sight of their willingness to be an informal place and reach of all, that off-road space in which to feed everyone at a good price. And, above all, in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. For all this, this gastrobar cool to the core receives diners of all ages and tastes every day, determined to enjoy creative Mediterranean cuisine with the occasional nod to international recipes. They say the fault is their Thai-style ribs, quesadillas, burgers or maybe the pies. But surely Michael is to blame, for bringing this relaxed atmosphere to the city and fresh, authentic flavors of international inspiration. Although the menu changes every week, we always find a nod to Asian cuisine, a "tribute" to American classics and something spicy with a Mexican flavor. Nothing is free, Michael studied cooking in Florida and has always known how to surround himself with other professionals who have helped him to promote those spicy flavors, from Asia, the East or Central America. In addition to a multicultural, affordable, accessible and enjoyable menu, they offer a good selection of beers from the United States, Denmark or Jamaica. In Liberty Kitchen, aesthetics, piped music and the absence of television demand a return to the 70s. This is a place where new technologies do not capture all our senses and we have the opportunity to read, talk or just enjoy food.
