The garden is our pantry. It is the starting point of our cuisine, but we can travel to any of the five continents in search of ingredients, to elaborate the diversity of dishes we have. In the free buffet we offer between 30 and 40 different dishes, where vegetarians abound. As the whole process we do in our kitchen we can meet various dietary needs such as vegetarian, celiac, diabetic, lactose intolerance, etc. You will enjoy the great variety of breads, all baked here. There's no shortage of meats like the 'Roast Beef' or the 'Chicken Teriyaki' for the more carnivorous or the 'Nasi Goreng' for a spicy touch ... And of course you have to try everything and get to the desserts, all homemade, where the flavor is enhanced by reducing or even substituting sugar for stevia, agave syrup, honey ...
