CrossFit is defined as a system of strength training and conditioning based on constantly varied functional exercises performed at a high intensity. It is easy to write or explain but difficult to understand until you live it. Come and try it, don't let them tell you! The Box is what we call the place where we train, but it's not just that, it's a place to have fun, share effort and meet people who share your passion. The classes are all done together and adapt to your level with limited places and a coach always aware of you.
