Cala Llebeig

Following local walking path SL-CV50, which comes down along the barranco de la Viuda, you will reach a cove which is only accessible on foot or by sea. On the way in you'll see the remains of an old lookout point where the police would watch for tobacco and fabric smugglers. You'll also see the fishermens' shelters, which are still in use today. This pebble and rock cove is 120 metres long and 10 metres wide. It has been declared a plant micro-reserve, with species such as the Giant Orchid (Barlia robertiana), Broom or genista (Genista tricuspidata) and morning glory (Convolvulus valentinus).
