The "Peñón de Ifach", symbol of the Costa Blanca, rises in the sea as calcareous rock from 50,000 m2 to 332 m. of height and one kilometer in length. Linked to the land by a narrow isthmus, it is the result of a landslide from the nearby "Sierra de Oltà", constituting one of the most singular and beautiful geographical features of the entire Mediterranean coast. It is one of the most visited natural spaces, a meeting point for divers, climbers and hikers. The route to the top of the Ifach Rock has two levels of difficulty. The first section to the tunnel is very simple, and the rest of the path to the top we would label it as medium-high difficulty. Whatever your level, the visit to the Natural Park is "mandatory" if you are on the coast of Alicante.
